Managing a VPS server is a tough job. You either need to do the work yourself and devote a lot of your valuable time to keeping an eye on your VPS server, or you need to set up a 3rd–party tool whose sole responsibility will be to keep an eye on your server. And that is exactly where our Managed Services offer will comes in real handy. Thanks to it, your server will be included in our custom–made server monitoring software system, which will keep an eye on all the crucial services. And in case of any service problem, our server admins will be notified instantly and they will fix the trouble as fast as possible.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup of your data is really important – you never know when something can go wrong. And having ordered our Managed Services package, you will enjoy weekly backups of your whole VPS, not just of your content, without you being required to install and configure anything. Last but not least all the backups are stored on a server with a group of RAID–configured hard disk drives. This implies that your content will always be safe and sound, twenty–four–seven.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a VPS Plan, you have complete freedom to install any kind of script or service on your server. Yet, certain scripts are harder to install and may require some extra setup from you. This is when our Managed Services package will help you out. It includes half an hour of installation & trouble–shooting operations – which means you can literally employ one of our expert server admins for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation of any software that you want. And/or have him rectify a trouble that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans and is an add–on with the KVM VPS Plans.
